My Goals:
I always imagine that I will become one of the biggest loser winner no matter what.. I will reward myself for it once I achieved my goal. I am 24 years old, my current weight is 209lbs, goal weight is 132lbs....







Before I managed to lose 10lbs per week with by eating oat meals and regular exercise...But then it stopped due to Depression and Family Probs that I never expected to happen in my life...







Now I forget all the sadness then I have to get my healthy life back..







And I want to start my weight loss journey once again....









My Program:
What I eat - Oatmeal Diet, Fruits, Veggies, Skim Milk, Baked Boneless Chicken



Workout 1 - Leslie Sansone's 5 Mile fat Burning minimum for 2 hours, maximum for 4-6 hours....

Workout 2 - Strength training specifically for Upper Body & Core 40minutes. (Personal Training With Jackie, One to One Workout)

Workout 3 - Get Extremely Ripped with Jari Love & Turbo Jam with Chalene.
