My Health Quest

I've struggled with weight issues most of my life. After working a high stress job for years and retiring, I gained an enormous amount of weight. After experiencing health issues, I joined weight watchers and lost over 100 pounds. I am currently trying to lose the rest of the weight I need to lost to get to my optimal weight.
