I saw you needed support, so here I am. I am so sorry you overate. We all slip every now and then. The important thing is not to dwell on it and to start over tomorrow. You have lost 15 pounds and that is great.... focus on all the positives and let the negatives go.... they aren't woth the effort. Have a great Valentines Day!! Kathy
