Thank you! Yes... it's going to be very hard. I love me a jumbo margarita!!!! Once I lose a few then I'll probably enjoy an occasional margarita again. But I have GOT to learn to control myself afterward!!!
Are you tracking your total calories for the day? If so, you could pre-package a 100 calorie snack for when you get the late night cravings. (as long as the 100 calorie snack does not exceed your daily calorie goal).
Usually when I get hungry late, I drink more water... it might be worth a shot.
