Mike in upstate NY

I was born in 1951 and I would like to lose 20 pounds. I enjoy bicycling and have great roads to ride. I recently rode two rides of 75 miles each. I had a quad bypass heart operation and people tell me it is hard to lose weight after an operation.

Hey, great to have you joining our Team, after all...! :-)

We recently had someone join who is from Elmira too, so why not?

I'm hoping the dust will settle soon and we'll be able to plan to meet on bikes @ Whitney Point sometime!

Thanks, Don and Tara. It was good to meet you and the rest of the Spark team, and it was a privilege to join you even for a small part of the relay (2.5 hours). I wish I could have continued walking, but I think the organizers were wise to stop it when the downpours began. I went home and crawled under the covers to get warmed up.
