My name is Michelle and I am a mommy of 3!I am tired of being over weight!
I have never weighed this much in my life and am very unhappy about it. I have had a lot happen in the past 7 years...lost my 4 year old son after he was hit by a truck in 2001 (his website is http://jordan-kopas.memory-of.com/) and then after several years had 2 daughters in rapid succession. They are 2 years and 3 1/2 years old. I want to be able to have more energy to spend time with them doing the things ...

I have yo-yo'd for the past 6 months. Been busy and other lousy excuses! So I am getting geared up and ready to go go go again!

My Goals:
After successfully meeting my first challenge of loosing 40lbs, my new goal is to loose another 10 lbs by Christmas 2008!!! I would like to loose a total of 60 lbs.

My Program:
I am trying my hardest to watch what I eat and trying to exercise at least 3 times a week. I hate to exercise so it's a real challenge! I am also trying to drink my "8" glasses of water a day....hard when I'm such a diet coke junkie!

My name is Michelle and I live in the GTA in Canada. I am 30 years old. I am married to a wonderful man and have had 3 children. My son was killed 7 years ago when he was 4 ;(
I now have 2 beautiful daughters who are 4 and 2 1/2 years. They light up my life!
