OMG I've gained 10 lbs. since my Dad died almost two years ago. My clothes are starting to beg for mercy but I refuse to get bigger clothes.
Now for this week I plan on being more honest with exactly how much I put in my mouth. I will reduce my salt intake & drink up to 8/9 glasses of water a day. With a little more focus & pride this too shall pass!! But it's damn hard!
