Hi
I am new to spark people and I am trying to get my head wrapped around working out consistently. I am 34 and I want to get back to a healthy weight. I am trying to get into working out everyday as well as eating right. What are some tips and tools that you are doing to eat right? and what are you eating?

I am past my 30's but I totally understand the slowing metabolism issue.
You will find lots of support here from fellow members. We are all here to help each other.
A good way to stay motivated and accountable is to be active on your Spark Teams.
