I am a 49 year old mother of 3 and lead a pretty active lifestyle, but struggle with keeping my eating under control. I'm a stress eater and am looking to break that habit. I would like to be in the best shape ever when I turn 50 next year. I love yoga, hiking through the woods with my dogs and participate in boot camp 3 times a week.

My Goals:
Weight Goal - I would like to lose15 pounds
Fitness Goal - I would like to run a half marathon by October.
Eating Goal - I would like to find a way to control my stress eating

My Program:
Presently I do yoga two morning a week, take a core class two days a week, I hike through the woods for one to two hours everyday with my dogs, and I attend bootcamp three times a week. I have signed up for a half marathon in October, so I'm also running three times a week.

Personal Information:
I live in a beautiful little tourist town called Kenora, in NW Ontario. For 20 years, my husband and I ran a fly-in fishing resort. Our son and his new wife are taking over the business, and I am studying to become a personal fitness trainer now. It's an exciting new career that I'm pretty excited about.

Other Information:
