My Program:
I am cutting out my carbonated drinking, and will eventually start working out on a weekly basis.
EDIT::// I am working out 2-3 days a week.. and loving it. I AM DEFINITELY! not saying its the easiest thing in the world, but I know I can do it.. and so can anyone else who dislikes their current body state.

I have started to work out 3 days/week!

I STILL HAVEN'T! had any soda, and I am working on staying in my calorie bracket.. but that my friend, is hard!

EDIT:// 12/01/08- I will be working out 4 days a week for an 1 1/2! one hour cardio, half hour weight training.

Personal Information:
Keep the dream alive don't let it die,
If something deep inside keeps inspiring you to try, don't stop!
And never give up, don't ever give up on you!
Don't give up !


Other Information:
I am a very nice person. Sometimes I feel like I am sincerely trapped inside of this body.. because I have the potential for greatness with a body that is holding me back! I am young enough now to turn my life around! I will no longer feel defeated by anyones powerless words, its time I take my life into my own hands and work this out!

Happy Friday emoticon !!! How was your week? I hope it went well for you and you are meeting your goals emoticon We have to keep working our goals and if it isn’t working tweak them so they can work for us. Sometimes in weight loss we must problem solve. We must analyze our eating (by tracking) and make sure we are getting enough daily exercise emoticon emoticon (by setting goals) in an effort to get rid of our unwanted pounds emoticon We don’t have much time left in this year so lets make it count Let’s kick so butt emoticon

I am trying to get back into it, it is so hard once you get out of the swing of things....

Hey girl, it is great to hear from you!!!!

I am doing OK. I think it's just the times we are living in right now. We are all going through all types of stress & drama. We just got to keep pressing on u know? What can we really do besides that! Just get yourself into a routine. Don't forget it starts with the little things. I am always taking it back to basics for myself. Get that water in, start paying attention to what you eat & if you have some time come visit us on spark!
