Hi, I'm Michelle. I'm 32, I'm a Registered Health Information Technician working in the largest prison in Washington State. I'm the proud mom of a 10 year old boy and a ridiculously cute 1 year old girl. I love animals and have two cats and a pitt-bull mix. I have accomplished some major goals in the last couple of years, putting myself through college, landing the job, expanding our family. I'm the proud mom of a 10 year old boy and a ridiculously cute 1 year old girl. I love animals and have two cats and a pitt-bull mix. I have accomplished some major goals in the last couple of years, putting myself through college, landing the job, expanding our family. Now it's time for a new goal, and possibly my biggest challenge... losing weight. I have always been heavy. But my goal is to master myself, to beat it once and for all and become the thin energetic woman I have always wanted to be, and to do amazing things that I never thought possible for me, like running a marathon. So, here goes.

My Goals:
Short Term: Break sugar addiction. Medium: Run a 5K Long Term: Run a half marathon. Reach goal of 150 lbs.
My Program:
Diet Short term: Giving up candy. Adding 2 servings of fruit and 2 servings of veggies every day. Lowering my carb intake. Diet Medium: Switching to sugar-free substitues for things like jelly and ketchup. Exercize: Couch to 5K running plan every other day. Jillian Michaels Yoga or 20 day shred every other day.
Personal Information:
From Washington State, east side of the Cascades. I enjoy reading, my favorite authors are Dean Koontz, JRR Tolkein, Christopher Paolini, JK Rowling, and Dan Brown. I love movies and TV shows like Castle, Blue Bloods, Dancing with the Stars, Survivor and Chuck.
