Hi, I'm Michelle. I'm 32, I'm a Registered Health Information Technician working in the largest prison in Washington State. I'm the proud mom of a 10 year old boy and a ridiculously cute 1 year old girl. I love animals and have two cats and a pitt-bull mix.
I have accomplished some major goals in the last couple of years, putting myself through college, landing the job, expanding our family. Now it's time for a new goal, and possibly my biggest challenge... losing weight. I have always been heavy. But my goal is to master myself, to beat it once and for all and become the thin energetic woman I have always wanted to be, and to do amazing things that I never thought possible for me, like running a marathon. So, here goes.
Short Term: Break sugar addiction.
Medium: Run a 5K
Long Term: Run a half marathon.
Reach goal of 150 lbs.
Diet Short term: Giving up candy.
Adding 2 servings of fruit and 2 servings of veggies every day.
Lowering my carb intake.
Diet Medium: Switching to sugar-free substitues for things like jelly and ketchup.
Exercize: Couch to 5K running plan every other day.
Jillian Michaels Yoga or 20 day shred every other day.

I enjoy reading, my favorite authors are Dean Koontz, JRR Tolkein, Christopher Paolini, JK Rowling, and Dan Brown. I love movies and TV shows like Castle, Blue Bloods, Dancing with the Stars, Survivor and Chuck.

Hey, I saw your post on the Losing Weight for the military page.
I'm sure you're able to do it! If you start the c2-5k challange, I recomend pushing yourself! The first day will be hell, but after that first week and you move to week two, you'll be so happy to realize that you are no where near the amount of breathlessness that you were in week one after 1 minute.
