My Goals:
Really I tried to diet about a year ago and never got around to it. I was trying on dresses for my friends wedding and that's when it hit me...dude I fit the pod caster stereo type of a fat internet gamer girl. I wasn't happy and hopped back on and here I am...more serious this time.
My Program:
My program is similar to Nutrisystem where you have portion control. I noticed that I will be satisfied with whatever is on my plate...small or large. I didn't really look at that until one night my mother whom is a nurse pointed that out...made so much sense to me. I also chose better snacks and drinks. I had to give up my Achilles heel....Mountain Dew. The reason really for the majority of the weight gain.

I am 32 and mom of 2. I am an anime reviewer on The Otaku Momentum Podcast. I love to play video games, read and hike in the summer time. In addition to all of this I am a full time store manager and run my own not for profit paranormal group. Other Information:
I am a huge movie geek. I love anything Kevin Smith and love to read fantasy books. I as a true nerd can't decide what camp I like better...Star Trek or Star Wars. My favorite movie is Boondock Saints and I love just about anything Vampire or traditional fantasy like Lord of the Rings. My favorite games include World of Warcraft, Fallout, Contract Killer: Zombie, Order and Chaos and Diablo. I will read just about anything. Right now I am finally getting around to reading the Harry Potter Series after seeing all the movies....better late than never I suppose.
