Hello, I am a college student that is trying to maintain a healthy attitude and life. I will be graduating in a couple of semesters. But what do I want to do after I graduate?


I'm sick of being a slave to sweets and always eating way past my bed time and overeating in general. Since I gained weight, it has been difficult for me to do my usual exercise routines (due to me being heavier). I want to make it known to all that I want to get fit and healthy again.

It's high-time for me to kick the sugar, refined, and processed foods. Goodbye, cheap choco candies and ice cream! So long white, refined, processed products.

Hello, leafy greens, egg whites, legumes, fish, nuts, water, and berries (in moderation). BTW, this was how I used to eat before getting myself into a very trying and sad chapter in my life.

I miss being healthy, positive, active, and optimistic. I want to be the happy sunshine I once was again. I know that it is deep within waiting to come out and shine again.

My Goals:
I want people to say how great my shoulders, abs, and legs look. My arms need a lot of help but I it doesn't bothering me too much.

I'd like to whittle my waist down to 26 inches.

My Program:
Back in 2007, i only did cardio. this year (2008), i've been only doing strength training. Hopefully i could find a balance between the two in 2009!

Personal Information:
Currently struggling with career life but I am trying to be upbeat and calm about it.

I need to do Kundalini Yoga everyday-- no more muddle-headed days ! (well almost everyday. hehe)

Must not forget: Dimidium facti qui coepit habet: sapere aude!


Other Information:
God blessed me with a healthy, able body so I must treat my body right.

I love going eye-shopping (haha!)

I am an INTJ.
