Under Construction

I sit here staring at my page wondering what to write. The only thing that comes to mind is "UNDER CONSTRUCTION". This actually describes me in '09. I am working on the NEW ME this year. I am trying to watch what I eat, drink more water and excercise more. Of course, all three are a challenge for me.

I have struggled all my life with my weight. I've tried different diets and it works for a while, I hit a plateau, get frustrated and quit. My last diet was Quick Weight Loss ...
I sit here staring at my page wondering what to write. The only thing that comes to mind is "UNDER CONSTRUCTION". This actually describes me in '09. I am working on the NEW ME this year. I am trying to watch what I eat, drink more water and excercise more. Of course, all three are a challenge for me.

I have struggled all my life with my weight. I've tried different diets and it works for a while, I hit a plateau, get frustrated and quit. My last diet was Quick Weight Loss Center. I don't need another diet I need a Lifestyle Change.

Renovation: Get rid of 50 lbs.

I don't want to lose weight . . . I WANT to get rid of the weight! You can always find things you lose, but once you get rid of something, you cannot get it back.

Quick Weight Loss Center did not work for me. According to the program, you are suppose to lose at least 3lbs per week. Once my body gets used to a diet the weight stops. Of course the people said I must be cheating or doing something wrong. The one thing they don't tell you in the advertisement is you have to by their snacks and vitamins. After awhile it does become costly.

Today I bought a treadmill. It is a new year and the diet begins again today. My brother is getting married in November and I need to get rid of the weight. I will be drinking TONS of water. Unlike the Biggest Loser, I do not have 8 hours to dedicate to working out so I hope 30 min in the morning and 30 at night will help.

I don't know if any of this rambling helps you or not but GOOD LUCK. Remember, you are not trying to lose the weight. If you lose something you always find it. You want to GET RID of it. emoticon

wanting to check out quick weight loss centers.. I see you have. do you have any good or bad info to share about them.. I am in such need of lossing weight cuz my health. How has it worked for you? emoticon
