I have been working really hard recently and started working out with a trainer. My body fat went down from 32% to 27%. My goal is to bring it down to 21% and weigh 146.
After getting married i gained about 30 lbs. I lost the weight before having my first son. After His birth, I became a member of Weight Watchers and lost all my baby weight , i was so excited. We decided to start trying for baby #2 and got pregnant in July and gained 10lb and miscarried in Sept. After that i was so upset that food was my comfort. I gained another 10lbs and then got pregnant in December. Since i was already 20lbs over this time loosing the baby weight has been a struggle. I am back to doing Weight Watchers and I also enjoy this site. I love the tips and Articles that Spark sends out.
