I'm a busy mommy of 5 children, including my youngest which are triplets turning 5 years old next month. I have struggles so much with my weight since they were born! I actually weigh more now than I did right after I had them. I've discovered that I am definitely a "stress eater", something I really need to learn to combat! I've become more committed to losing weight this past year than I have in the previous 4 years. I've been able to maintain my weight for 2 years now, but I know that I need to be losing, not maintaining anymore! :)
I cook 99% of our meals from home, and I've made a lot of healthy changes to our family diet. I love to try new healthy recipes, and I love to knit (great stress relief, most of the time!)
I homeschool and stay home with my 5 kids, grow my own vegetables and herbs, and love life! I just want to be healthy again. I know I need to do this most of all as a good example for my children to see. I've been married for 10+ years to the most amazing husband and father of my children! He truly treats me like every woman should be treated - with love, respect, and LOTS of affection :)
My current weight is 210 and my goal is to be to 175 pounds by my 30th birthday, which is August 7th!

Trying to keep my carbs/sugars on the lower end due to PCOS. Stay away from fast foods as much as possible! Prepare 99% of all meals from home. Drink a minimum of 8 cups of water per day. Walk 1-3 miles per day using the "Walk away the pounds" program!

Mother of 5, including 2 with special needs (Cerebral Palsy). I feel a special calling from God to be the mommy of these wonderful children, but I feel that I haven't taken care of this body God gave me. I want to be able to keep up with my kids better, have energy to play with them more in the pool, garden, etc!!
I hope that by losing the weight and becoming healthier that I will be able to use my asthma inhaler much less frequently!
