Hi! I am Cindi I am a mom of two grown children, and now that they are in college it is time for me to try this again. I have always had a weight problem, however, it has gotten to the point I need to lose 130 pounds. I have been using this site for about two weeks now, and I am loving every minute.

My Goals:
My long term goal is to lose 100 pounds in a year. I will need to lose another 30 pounds to have a healthy BMI, however, on step at a time. My new short term goal is start again.

My Program:
My program hasn't changed much since I started with SP I still track my food daily, I am still exercising at least a half an hour a day. The big change has been on the weekends my husband and I have started hiking in the park system around us. The average about 2miles.

Personal Information:
I am a "fortyish" fat female. I have been married to my wonderful husband for 22 years. We have two grown children that are both in college now. I am trying to redefine myself as well as reshape my body.

Thank you for stopping by with some fun and encouraging words. I am working soooooooooooo hard but still trying to enjoy life with a hubby, 3 kids and a dog, LOL..... It's great having SP friends on here that can relate to life and the weight loss battle. I am here for you, thank you.
