Hi! I just saw your comment on my spark page. I will answer your question o how I did in July: July was okay. I still did not get past the 180's. I was too worried about the visit with my daughter in August to really push myself on the track. Although I did get in good time walking, I never ran out of fear of injury. Now that the visit is over and life is returning to normal, I plan on hitting it a bit harder. Thanks for the question and for the compliment on how I look! Hope that you are well!
I only just saw your comment on my sparkpage this morning. Thank you for posting! I got back to school in the last week in August and yes, about that "to do" list, it never seems to become smaller... I'm doing OK. My weight is not going down the way I planned, probably because my food issues are not quite resolved, but I do work out regularly. Yesterday I walked for about 13 km. I'm very happy to see that you are doing really awsome. You are approaching your goal weight. Congratulations!
