Hi!

I only just saw your comment on my sparkpage this morning. Thank you for posting!
I got back to school in the last week in August and yes, about that "to do" list, it never seems to become smaller...
I'm doing OK. My weight is not going down the way I planned, probably because my food issues are not quite resolved, but I do work out regularly. Yesterday I walked for about 13 km.
I'm very happy to see that you are doing really awsome. You are approaching your goal weight. Congratulations! emoticon

The Cook Island picture resonates with me. I lived in Cook Crescent, named for James Cook and My favorite hike was to CAPTAINS COOK'S MONUMENT ON THE NORTH YORKSHIRE MOORS IN ENGLAND WHERE I WAS BORN AND RAISED.

Hi Linda,
How have you been? Things are finally starting to slow down for us, which I am extremely grateful for. Don't think I could have handle the pace of the past couple of months for too much longer!

I was wondering if you and you dh have ever been diving off Grand Cayman? Mark and I are heading there middle of Jan. and I'd like to find out a little more about the conditions there. We are going with a dive group from here that we haven't gone with before. I put a post up on the dive team, but haven't gotten any response at all. Would love any info you can give.
