I'm working on the new me...Can"t wait to see what I do!

I'm 32 years old, and 255 pounds at the moment. This is the heaviest I've ever been, even when I was pregnant with my two beautiful kids. I know I can make changes, I just need to keep motivated...especially since Wyoming's winter is coming soon! lol

01/04/13 Update- I'm now 33 and at 245. My goal this year is to lose at least 5 pounds each month. That'll add up to 60 pounds gone by the end of this year...woohoo!!

They were mostly giving away a prize. We didn't win anything of course. I am planning on doing the fit wall demo, belly dancing, Irish step dancing and yoga in the park if I can make them. And I'm going to try to go to the walking groups that they set up. (I found out about them in the booklet)

Michelle I am on another team which is the 5% Challenge that does as virtual race as teams to different places weekly this week is India and to make it more fun I change my SP to reflect that destination for the week and its getting alot of comments from doing so

I think the devil won on Sunday but I DID stay within my cal range and I HAD spent over an hour at the gym that day, the day before, and I also did alot the day after. Man! The things we trade for the delicious goodness! Thanks for stopping by my blog emoticon .
