I've been dealing with a torn tendon on my left ankle & a torn left rotator cuff. I'm in physical therapy 2 times a week for the shoulder. I've been going to the gym every day to work out in the water & that is helping my ankle. In the middle of all of this I made the commitment to start logging all my food which I hadn't done for a long time. That is really helping me to stay on track. I'm glad I'm finally on the journey!!
