Future Mainer

I'm a 57 yr. old woman, looking to increase my overall well-being and fitness. I want to lose 15 pounds by July. I figure that goal is not too over-whelming.
I love to read, knit, paint, and make-over old furniture.
My husband and I have four grandchildren between us, and 3 grown children.
We have plans to move to Maine next year and I want to be in better shape by then.

Thank you so much. It feels so great to have made such progress. But to be an inspiration to others is truly wonderful.

After two weeks of tracking food and exercise, I finally feel as though I get it. It is starting to become a habit to think before I eat, making better choices. The exercise part is getting there also, I look forward to doing the workouts, and tracking my progress.
Here's to looking at a healthier future!
