I reach for many goals through out my day to keep busy, but my weight goal is to lose 25 cheesy lbs.
Being at work most of my waking moments, Spark is all I can handle as a program. I get to the gym, but brisk walking is mainly how I stay in shape.
Single @ 32 and luvin it. I love Mc Donalds I am in getting in shape for vacation time. That feeling confident I did all I could do, and doin it right here with SPARKppl. is an utlimate place I hope to stay.
haven't seen you post..where are you?? hope all is well..I haven't signed on in aweek or two but I've been studying for an upcoming exam..I passed my pre-exam now I go in a week and take my state boards..I'm so excited I only have 5# to go to meet my birthday goal and hopefully on the 17th of this month I will be there or below...Have a great day..miss seeing your motovation...
