My Program:
Risht now I am monitoring my portions and trying to get 4-5 servings of fruits and veggies and lots of water.
I am trying to limit the amount I est out, and if I do eat out I am trying to pick the Healthy alternative.

Plus 30 mins 3x a week of physical activity.



Other Information:
I am trying to improve my confidence... and want to commit to doing something different and something that scares me at least once a month... i am tired of living in the shadows

Thank you for your support on my "August Struggles" blog. I really appreciate it. Plateaus can be incredibly frustrating, but it thankfully they end eventually. Mine is finally breaking ( Thank goodness), and I hope yours' does too.

I think you're incredible for running a half marathon - takes a lot of training and commitment. I just started a C25K and can just survive 90 seconds of running for now ! Hats off to you !
