UPDATE: Sept 2012
After a short lived detour working with an online coach who was so not my style, I am giving Sparkcoach a whirl. I'm checking out the 2 week trial. We'll see what happens from there. :)

UPDATE 2014
I am working with two coaches/personal trainers who are helping me to transform my life. I am learning to ask for and receive help. My life is changing, and I am the one making the changes!

Thank you for the goodie and for your support. You are such an encouraging, positive presence in your journey. I always feel you "get the essence" from our everyday victories. When you have a long way to go, those NSV and little moments are so rewarding and they make the the progress of our journey visible. Congratulations on getting on the octane solo. It's empowering.

Hope all goes well at the docs! The scale and I have a love/hate relationship. It certainly is not a healthy one! Besides, why do I put so much into what a silly little box that hangs out with the toilet in the bathroom has to say? Really! I am trying to find other ways of measuring my success that work for me! We are all so much more than numbers on the scale!!! Hope you have an awesome day!

Itís true, the scale can only give you a numerical reflection of your relationship with gravity. Thatís it. It cannot measure beauty, talent, purpose, life force, possibility, strength, or love. Donít give the scale more power than it has earned. Take note of the number, then get off the scale and live your life. You are beautiful! ~ Steve Maraboli

Hope you are doing well on the BL Challenge...just stopping by with a thought for the day and some encouragement from one of the LOVELY LIMES!

The only way you get that fat off is to eat less and exercise more.

I've realized that I'm more important than food is. I love a big slice of pizza, but I love myself more. Being thin is about changing the way you think about yourself. It's about saying that you deserve to be healthy.
