I'm on a mission

How did this happen? How did I let my self go this far?
I always knew I'm getting bigger (yeah, that pants size pretty sums up), but I never saw myself this big. I was avoiding being on the photo for almost two years, because I knew I have to face myself with serious issues. I always thought I can start taking care of myself next Monday, and that Monday came and gone without putting any effort.
So here I go. No more excuse, no more procrastination.

My picture is a reminder of what I became (lazy....), and I promise myself I'll never go back to that again.
With Sparkpeople, I will succeed. I will keep my promise. I'll be healthier and stronger. This time, I will reach my goal the right way. Determination, Exercise and moderate healthy eating habit. I can do this. Watch me.

My Goals:
My goal is to be healthy average size of my heights. My belly shouldn't be pouncing around like this.

My Program:
Basically, eat right and exercise. It should be simple right??????? Just focus on 3 days of cardio and 2 days of strength training.
Keep moving!!!!
