    2) read and join any teams that you think you like

    3) get it know the people and make new friendships

    4) read some articles and get points. Log in daily where it say " Visit My Spark Points" and spin the wheel.

    5) most of all :: have fun and enjoy yourself

    If there is anything that I can do to help, give me a holler. If I do not know the answer, I will find it. Our leaders are really great and help when you need it too. So don't hesitate to ask. That is why we are here

    What you accomplished is amazing since most of those who joined when you did gave up and quit. You loved yourself and wanted to be the best, so you WILL get to your goal.

    Two worthwhile books to read are:
    SHRINK YOURSELF by Roger Gould, M.D. on not regaining pounds from stress,

    AND: "The SOUTH BEACH DIET" by Arthur Agatston, M.D. on why after 40 it is difficult for us to lose with Insulin Resistance/Metabolic Syndrome. Dr. Agatston never started out to write a "diet" book, but wanted to help his patients not have heart attacks and diabetes.
