Thanks for the welcome all! I'm so glad to get back to strength training. currently evaluating my food choices. I was so hungry at around 4:30pm yesterday, I ate a Luna bar, by 7pm I was starving and my planned dinner menu got some additions. I may need to up the fat and protein during the day. Thinking about eliminating the wine but would much rather work around it.
