'cause I can't help but smile at mile two

Hi, my name is Lori and I live in southeastern Michigan. Last year I stepped out of my comfort zone and tried new things. This year I'm taking one big leap. I'm training to walk my first official half marathon.

oh Lori, if you only knew!!! I had a massage 2 weeks ago after the 21 mile run, and I'm still hurting from it!!! I think I'm happier with my tight tense body....but thanks for the goodie all the same! LOL
