'cause I can't help but smile at mile two

I'm living proof that you are never too old get fit and healthy. My Spark journey started in 2011 at my highest weight of 201. I lost 61 pounds to achieve my goal weight in November, 2013. I feel 20 years younger and empowered. With the tools and support, I will maintain my weight. I'm equipped to succeed.

Over the course of two years, I've learned to step out of my comfort zone and try new things. I never dreamed I would become a runner but I have the running bug.

Just dropping by to say hello! Looks like you are staying healthy!! emoticon I have not been active on SP for awhile but have been continuing to eat right and exercise! Finally after 3 years I have met my goal to lose 60 pounds!!

I'm baaaaack...... emoticon emoticon emoticon I too have struggled with the loss of Robin Williams. It raised a lot of anxiety and profound sadness that such an amazing man could have felt so alone and lost. :::sadsigh::: Hard to explain why but I think you understand. emoticon
