-360 calories for breakfast
-360 calories for lunch
-200 calorie snack for after workouts
-one iron pill at least five days a week
-stop eating after 8pm

-body pump twice a week

-zumba once a week
-Wii fit

-treadmill
-cross trainer

I saw your huddle post on the Zumba wall, you're teaching, HOW EXCITING! Once I cross a few items off my to-do list I'm going to take the certification training, first level at least, I'm not sure exactly what I need to teach... questions I soon will be asking. Have fun!

Thanks for the advice to try something different for exercise this evening. I can already feel the pain in my feet and my ankles from my earlier workout on the treadmill and I don't feel like getting on it again tonight. I think I will do a DVD workout instead. Good luck to you.
