I soooooooo hope i get it right this time

I'm trying to lose but keep sabotaging my self . need to talk to people for encouragement and support, i know with people to talk to i can do this. I need to get really into this and stop slacking off.
i want to do this so bad, it is sooooo hard but i didn't gain it over night so it is not just going to disappear.

My Goals:
i would like to lose 40lbs so that i can be healthy and feel better about myself. i also need to be healthier for my kids so i can do more with them.
sometimes i think i am trying so hard and nothing is happening but then i think am i really trying as hard as i think i am.

My Program:
I'm trying to watch what i eat, and I've been walking everyday sometimes twice a day. and also walking on my treadmill.
trying to keep myself motivated is a full time job.

Personal Information:
I'm from Michigan, and I'm 42, 5 foot tall and 161 lbs it is totally unacceptable i am trying to lose like 40 to 45 lbs and it is so hard because i am a self saboteur and it is bad i need a lot of determination and support.

Other Information:
I LOVE TO WALK, AND RIDE MY BIKE AND I ABSOLUTELY LOVE TO READ. I got myself a Bow-flex Tread-climber now i just have to make myself use it.
