Thanks for the kind words on my status, love! I slept a TON better last night and was able to get my a$$ up for a tough workout this morning. I feel SO much better now. Did you sleep any better??

I'm definitely liking the livefit program so far, but I'm not following the diet as closely as I should. I'm definitely eating cleaner and higher protein, but I'm not following her menu. Seeing results (muscles are getting bigger and more toned, yay!), but not as much as I know I could. Have you seen the progress pics for that program? Insane!
