Hi, I'm Michelle and I am trying to change my life. Prior to 2008, I lost over 50lbs by changing my lifestyle (eating healthier and relying on walking and public transit); however, when I moved back to Minnesota I lost my way and gained that weight back. I'm ready to get back on track.
