My short term goal is to increase my exercise level and loose 40 pounds. My long term goal is to be active all my life and loose a total of 90 pounds long one ha!!!!!!!
My program at this time is to eat lots of greens, fruits, and veggies. Eat small portions, be cautious of what I'm eating and lastly be active at least 4-5 days a week.
I'm 23 years old,LIve in Reseda CA. I have always been on the heavy side. I have accomplish in the past to loose waight. Recently for the past two years I have let go of myself and I have gained additional 30 pounds. This has been the haviest I ever been and hoping that little by little I will loose my weight.
