Hello to you all! I recommited to the Sparkpeople community after going up & down, thinking I could continue 'managing' my intake / exercise "on my own" -- finding I *need* to track things every day --- to STAY ON TRACK! I returned from vacation on 8/25...was sick through the weekend but regained my determination on Monday, August 30th. Since then I've lost about 9 pounds and am back to the excitement of little successes :) My new date for my goal weight is January 1st -- rather than making a "lose weight / get healthy" resolution AGAIN --- I'd like to explore other avenues for a change :) As many of us - I want to make the best, healthiest life for myself...and by keeping myself healthy and happy -- I will then be the best Mom to my kids (top priority) and maintain a positive outlook on life when I'm happier looking in the mirror!

09/05/10 228lbs (-6)
09/10/10 229lbs (+1)
215 lbs...Resume tanning membership
210 lbs...Pedicure
205 lbs...New running shoes
200 lbs...A trip to Victoria's Secret :)
195 lbs...New bathing suit
190 lbs...Massage
185 lbs...FIRST *BIG* GOAL...haven't figured out reward yet :)

My Goals:
My overall goal is to lose 40 pounds by January1, 2011. I have to adjust my 'mini-goals' as I was "MIA" for a while :(

My Program:
I'm tracking every morsel and drinking at least 100 oz of water daily. I do 45 min of cardio MWF and 45 min strength training on M. I need to incorporate 10 mins daily of each -- to supplement.

Mom to an amazing 13 yr old daughter and a wonderful 9 yr old son :)
