Slow but sure

Have not reached platueau, just have not lost any weight no matter what I do or rules I follow. The last two years I feel I have no metabolism and everything I eat goes to fat. I surely could not be putting on all that muscle!!!!!

I tried to reply to NEELOJ and keep going in circles. System says I have to verify my e-mail address, I do this then go back to the e-mail and every time I click on reply the system sends me the same message to verify my e-mail address. Can anyone help! Not sur what I am doing wrong. emoticon

We have so much fun on this team. We love to share our photos with each other and to comment on them.

Please check in the General Discussion section for the Photo Assignments.
Each assignment has complete directions in the very first post of the assignment which will be on page one, scroll to the bottom of the page.
We have a new one each week and they are a lot of fun. Sometimes they can be a challenge too!! You are welcome to add pictures to any of the assignments.

rEMEMBER TO WATCH YOUR SALT INTAKE, AND DRINK PLENTY OF WATER. DO NOT WEIGH DAILY, IT ONLY DEPRESSES YOU. i HAVE FOUND WHEN PLATEAUING TO LOOK AT OTHER MEASUREMENTS AND TO WEIGH EVERY TWO WEEKS.
