I am not really tracking my weight I don't even own a scale. I am currently in size 26 jeans and want to be in a 16 which I was in in high school.

You know I wish that spark people had an IM. Sometimes it helps if you have someone to talk it out with. Thank you so much for the sunshine. And getting your message motivated me- I did 20 minutes of exercise today. We just got our son the XBOX Kinect thing- wow so cool. I tried out the demo for the Biggest Loser game on there- wow- my legs are shaking but it was really cool because it made me do the form right- come to find out when I was using the dvd- I was doing it all wrong. Whoops. I feel it now. I like the idea of waiting a week of doing good to weigh in.. I'm gonna try that. :) Thanks for everything sweetie. I needed a gentlle push in the right direction.

Your comment couldn't have come at a better time. I have been SO stressed. I have never been an emotional eater- I've always just been anti exercise, but I actually had several, I'm not hungry but I'm gonna eat because I'm sad moments in the last few weeks. I've so fallen off the wagon. I've put back on all the weight I lost and then some. I haven't logged on in a few weeks. And then I heard from you and felt REALLY guilty. So thanks. I needed that. Time to get back on the horse and conquer this.
