Welcome Michelle! This is a big step you have taken. Congrats on that. I would recommend doing the fast break diet stage. It say it takes about two weeks but I think I spent 6 weeks there myself. At first I logged all the food I ate then after two weeks I studied it and found out how horrible my eating was. Then I was able to start making changes. Little ones. I read all the emails spark sent me especially the nutrition and fitness. I did change to using more grains and whole wheat. It is very filling. Once you start having small successes they just start piling up and you find that you want to keep it going. That is how I have found most of my success.
