    well the workouts have been very short but i have been tracking my food religiously! why do i feel like i am starving?? guess because i got used to eating whatever i wanted and now that i am eating right it doesn't seem like enough. Guess i will adjust again but it sucks! how are you doing?

    i am just starting over so i am just doing 10 minute spurts and this 7 minute workout by denise austin. Starting slow and working my way up to go to the gym. Weekly check in's are probably a good idea.

    i agree with you. if i don't stay on spark then it is just too hard to stay on track. I am glad to be back and have the support of great people here. i am engaged and will be planning a wedding sometime in the near future and of course i want to look good on my big day, but i also just want to be healthy and happy for good. That is a good motivation for me but i am not just getting back on track for that reason alone, ya know. Well maybe we can help motivate each other and reach our goals!

    hey how are you?? i fell of SP for the last year and let me tell you i paid for it. I gained 30lbs back and am not happy with myself. So i am starting new. I hope all is well with you and that i will talk to you soon! emoticon
