For more than 12 years, I've explored my interest in nutrition through personal exploration and research.

I am eternally grateful for the knowledge, perspective, and inspiration that I've gained from all those who have helped and continue to help me on my journey. I've found fitness, and I want to inspire you to find yours.

Just wanted to tell you, I tried making my own version of turkey meatballs and they were fabulous. I'll have to try some of the things in your recipe. I probably could boost the health benefits of the version I made.

I think its a great program if it works for your lifestyle. I've never done it before, but a lot of clients come to me after having done it and it definitely helps those women put on muscle, and for that, I give it credit.

Hey lady! I'm doing pretty well. Yesterday I went over my cals a bit and didn't exercise so today I hope to change both. I have a big test tomorrow so studying is taking priority for now but I'm going to make sure to hit the gym later. How are things going with you?

Yesterday you and Stephanie got me motivated to get back at it again! I had a week of skipping the gym.

and I have incorporated a little bit of Jamie Eason's ST into my workouts after I get my cardio done. Back and Biceps tonight !
