I just HAD to leave a comment on your page! It sounds like you're my twin. I HATE restriction and I rather jump off a cliff than eat diet food. Salad for lunch? No thank you. I'm an "everything in moderation except beer" kind of girl. I'm on sparkpeople to eat the food I love, LESS, and MOVE more!
I'm glad to be on the team as well! Since I'm just getting back into this I set some pretty simple goals for myself. My goals for the month of November are to keep a food and exercise journal daily, to work out 5x a week, to do sparkpeople stuff 7x a week, to blog weekly, and at the end of the month I am going to do a video blog to share how I did with all of my goals. I'm hoping that this will be a good start. As far as a food plan I don't have a set in stone plan yet. I've been eating total junk since I've been at college so I'm going to start making healthier options, and then I'll make more goals towards my food plan later down the road. I am just going to take this one step at a time. Hope all is well! xoxo, Emma
