My Goals:
My goal is to weigh 130 lbs. I've already lost 5 lbs. in the past month, and I believe it's not only because I've also started going to the gym 5 days per week, but my husband is also on this weight loss journey. We're both striving to live healthier lives by incorporating good eating habits. That means no junk food laying around the house, and lots of fruits and veggies, and red meat only on rare occasions.

My Program:
I'm keeping a food journal of all that I eat and ll the calories I consume. I'm also keeping track of the workouts I do at the gym 5 days per week. I try to keep my calorie intake to less than 1300 per day.

Personal Information:
I live in Kansas with my husband, two children, and dog.

Other Information:
I enjoy crocheting and studying God's Word.

Shingles is a form of the chicken pox virus. So if you've been exposed to someone who had the chicken pox recently its your bodies reaction to it.

Thanks for your comment on my blog! Do you have a YMCA membership? I go to the North, East and South branches most often.

I know, it does sound like a lot, but it's only 120 minutes of exercise, which for me, isn't really hard to do. It's just about making time to do it.
