I am 33 year old Navy veteran. I have a strong goal and dedication to join the Navy Reserves. So far I have lost close to 50 pounds and I have only 6 more to go! I enjoy running now and have revamped my diet to be more nutritional. It takes a daily dedication.

Hey Michelle! Thanks for joining the group! I am so excited for you, being so close to your goal! I was wondering, do you have any female-specific advice for joining the military? Anything you wish someone had mentioned? If you had any victories this week, big or small, post them in the Victory Thread that's on the Past, Present, and Future Military team page now.
