mother of two wants better life

I am a 40 yr old mother of 2 children who has tried everything else and hopes that this is the last time I have to fight this battle. Finding out that I have new disorders haven't deterred me from my goal it makes me work harder. My favorite saying is "If you don't honk your own horn then no one will know you're coming"! You can't take life too seriously and that your life is what you make it, so come on everyone, let's win the "Battle of the Bulge".

My Goals:
I just want to get healthy for myself and family. The biggest reason is to possibly reduce the pain from Fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis, and osteoarthritis,

My Program:
 I am trying to stay within my calorie range 1500-1800 and to do yoga every morning to stay limber and protect my joints. I also am going to try to log in my food everyday.

Personal Information:
I live in Grafton WV where the winters are cold but the scenery is beautiful. I have 2 wonderful children a 18 yr old son and a 13 yr old daughter whom I adore very much. I am on the weight loss train.

Other Information:
 I love to read self help books, watch horror movies (the scarier the better) and my favorite quote is "Sometimes you have to honk your own horn cause if you don't then noone will know you're coming! I love to take care of houseplants, my house looks like a jungle and my four cats adore it.

Oh, sweet Michelle, I wasn't scolding you--just worried. You know how us old ladies are. I'm always worrying and then wonder why my tummy is in a mess. Sheez!

It looks like it's been awhile since we've chatted. That always worries me. Are you doing okay? I see you have a new picture on your page. Looking good, babes.

How are you feeling? Is there anything I can do to help you? I just love you and you've helped me a tremendous amount of time over the years. Don't know what I can do to repay you, but sometimes just saying, "Hi" can do the trick, and knowing someone else cares.
