Hey there, I'm Michelle. I go to CSU for conservation biology and spend a lot of time reading textbooks, working in a lab (where you can't snack!), and doing homework...a LOT of homework. Its hard to eat well when you're in class all day and have a boyfriend who could eat a garbage truck full of food at each meal. I always come home starving and pig out in front of the TV the second I get some down time. I really want to teach my body that exercise can be a way of getting that downtime and ...
Hey there, I'm Michelle. I go to CSU for conservation biology and spend a lot of time reading textbooks, working in a lab (where you can't snack!), and doing homework...a LOT of homework. Its hard to eat well when you're in class all day and have a boyfriend who could eat a garbage truck full of food at each meal. I always come home starving and pig out in front of the TV the second I get some down time. I really want to teach my body that exercise can be a way of getting that downtime and refreshing my mind without just sitting there eating. I also need to work on my late night eating and portion control. I need to lose about thirty pounds and can't wait to get started. Oh, and I have two cats which I just love so much they get a mention here too.

My Goals:
Lose 30 pounds. Do a real pull up. Run my first 5K race before my next birthday.
My Program:
I walk about 4 times a week. Sometimes I do a p90x routine. I am planning on buying a treadmill so I can start running since there is nowhere near my home that is safe to run outside (we live on some rural highways with lots of BIG trucks).
