My Goals:
1) To come to terms with why I put on the weight, and to put that behind me so I can move forward. 2.) To be healthy, mind body and soul. To put God Aka Jesus Christ first in all that I do. 3.) To become fit.
My Program:
Its not a Diet! its a lifestyle change. I love the thought of being a vegetarian, but am more of a flexitarain, 1. To eat more whole grains and fruits and vegetables. 2. Eliminate all processed food as much as possible. 3. No white flour, No white Sugar, and No white rice. as much as Possible 4. To keep my mind fed with watching shows like the Biggest loser, reading exercise magazines, scouring, healthy living cookbooks. 5. keeping a journal, unfortunately not able to be online or on the computer everyday. So I do keep track old school.
