2014 will be my year!

I know, everyone says it at the start of the new year. I've done it myself most of my life. I don't know why I think this year will be different, but I do.

When I look at myself in the mirror, I STRONGLY dislike what I see. I wonder how long before my husband decides he can't stand how I look. I'm afraid my kids are embarrassed when I am with them in public. I'm afraid the doctor will soon tell me I have a life-threatening problem brought on by my weight and lack of physical ...

I'm afraid my kids are embarrassed when I am with them in public. I'm afraid the doctor will soon tell me I have a life-threatening problem brought on by my weight and lack of physical activity.

I also want to look better in all the photos that will be taken in May when my son graduates from high school. I don't want to look at those pictures and focus on how fat I am. I want to see a bright future for both ME and my son!

In addition, my husband and I will celebrate our 25th anniversary in November and I will attend my 30th high school reunion in August.

I'm aiming for 10000+ pedometer steps a day and at least 20 minutes of formal fitness each day

Thank you for being my "friend!" :)

I see you use the Walk It Out game as well. I love this game and the challenges in the group really keep it interesting. I was wondering what the heck was going to happen when I completed the island!

I know EXACTLY what you mean about starting again - but...the good thing is, you've started!!!

I "started again" on October 23 using the Isagenix program and have lost 29 pounds and 29 inches in two months! I have so much energy that I find myself going for an hour and a half at a time on the WIO game!

You can do this and I'm here for you whenever you need some encouragement!
