My Goals:
My main goal is to make lifestyle changes in order to be a healthier person. I want to be more active, make healthy choices for my food and ultimately get to my goal weight of 145 lbs.

2014 Goals:
1. Get to goal weight
2. Set monthly goals & post in blog
3. Take measurements monthly
4. Do 3 new hikes
5. Read more books than I did in 2013 (31+) and at least 2 classics
6. Contact one out of town friend per month
7. Organize pictures

My Program:
1. Plan healthy meals
2. Exercise 30 min daily
3. Track food daily
4. Walk/Jog 1-3 x week
5. Yoga 1-2 x week
6. Stay connected on sparkpeople!

Personal Information:
My name is Michele and I live in Oregon. I have an amazing husband and 2 college-aged kids. I love Disneyland and really anything Disney! I also enjoy travel, reading, gardening, hiking, baking, trying new recipes, old movies, workout dvds, Bible study, taking pictures, being with my family and learning new ways to be healthy.

Thanks for the goodie! I like the flowers, especially since I can't have any at the house as my cats eat them! In the new house though I'll have my piano studio which is separate and can have flowers and plants in there with no cats to destroy them! Cats will stay in the main house.

I only tracked that one day this past week. I will aim to track at least 3 days this week and post some goals. I did meet my step goals though each day this week so that was pretty good. The weather was better so it helped to be able to get out at lunch for a bit. Hope you have a healthy week!
