My Goals:
I'm looking to lose more than 100 pounds, look and feel better, and gain confidence.

My Program:
I belong to my local Y and try to get there at least four times a week. When I work out at home, I love sweating to "Just Dance" on my Wii! As for my diet, I'm trying to stick to fruits and veggies, low-fat dairy, whole grains and lean protein -- but no beating myself up over a slice of pizza or scoop of ice cream!

Personal Information:
I'm a 30-something PR professional living and working in upstate New York, within view of the Adirondacks.

Other Information:
I'm big into distractions when I work out. In fact, I think I'm becoming known at my Y as the girl who reads on the treadmill! I like to read easy, action-packed books while I work out -- some of the best have been "The Hunger Games" series, and now I'm re-reading "Harry Potter" -- so if you have a recommendation, I'd love to see it in the comments!
