My Goals:
I completed the motivation page, and confirmed that I want to live a more active lifestyle, be a normal weight and fit into the red dress...

My Program:
I am MOVING! Oprah''s bootcamp has got me on the right path. I''m starting it for the second-go-round! The first 12 weeks was a success! I''m reading Bob Greene, and attempting to track my food intake and exercise to see if I am meeting or exceeding my nutritional needs.

Personal Information:
I''m a military wife at Ft. Knox, KY. I''ve been heavy since childhood, and through emotional eating, reached an altime high of 312 in the yr. 2000 after my daughter was born. With help from doctors and exercise, I got to 250 but started regaining so I got what I thought was permanent help with Gastric Bypass Surgery (RNY) in July of 2002. I've struggled not to regain, and to take off what I have. I'm NOT giving up!

Other Information:
I always remember the Weight Watcher''s expression that "Nothing tastes as good as being thin feels." and that is TRUE!

You have been there before and you can get there again! If you really want it, you will achieve it.

Funny thing.....when I first started Spark, I was able to lose 30+ lbs by cutting my portions in have, and I hardly exercised. LOL

Since then, I exercised all the time and didn't lose anything.

Again, I lost 30+ lbs by doing the same thing I did the first time...hardly exercise at all! LOL
