I am 22 years old. I am 5'2, brown hair, blue eyes. I WEIGH AT THIS MOMENT 230 LBS. I dont look as bad as it sounds. people say I look good as a little over weight that i am. but i dont like it. It makes me feel miserable. I like to do things and go places. I love to talk to people, and find things out about them. I have shut my young life out, because of my weight. It has taken control of my life. I dont go to, to many places because of it. I feel inside im self- concious. I've taken up ...

It makes me feel miserable. I like to do things and go places. I love to talk to people, and find things out about them. I have shut my young life out, because of my weight. It has taken control of my life. I dont go to, to many places because of it. I feel inside im self- concious. I've taken up biting my nails as a habbit, i feel I' m hiding my weight. now I cant stop. ....
It's time to take control of something that went in my head that i felt i couldnt control. well that the food was great, or It felt good to be lazy, or whatever else that made me over-weight.
I have lived around over-weight problems all my life. My mother has had about everyone you could think of. ( DEPRESSION, ANXIETY, FYBROMYALGIA, DIABETES, ETC...) So as a child I wanted to help. to make my mom (best friend) happy. so I studied diets ( put her on some ), pushed her to the gym, and motivated her to eat right.
At the time I lost 50 lbs. and weighed 130lbs.
she went and got the surgery done....lost the weight.....and lost 100 lbs.... .....
I ON THE OTHER HAND......gained the weight she lost.
but it's okay....ill loose it....and all of you that want to loose the weight you want to...you will.
I look at the diet... as A NEW WAY OF EATING. I've learned looking at it as "A DIET" only makes you feel your loosing something youll never get again. soon you find your self every day saying the same thing and doing the same thing....such as EATING BURGER KING AND SAYING " YES TOMARROW I WILL GET ON MY DIET AND NEVER EAT IT AGAIN." .Well lets face it. tomarrow never comes. but we have to take control.
If what i'm saying sounds like 'DE JAVU '..... Then please try and look at it as A NEW WAY OF EATING, AND A NEW WAY OF LIFE....
A MOTIVATOR THAT WORKS FOR ME
I WATCH A BRITTISH SHOW AT 4:00PM AND 5:00PM. IT'S A GOOD SHOW. CALLED "YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT". YOU SHOULD TRY IT. IT'S KINDA INTERESTING. REALLY!! ANYWAYS....I WAKE UP THOUGH EVERYDAY AND TELL MY SELF THAT YOU ONLY LIVE ONCE. WHY NOT TAKE CONTROL NOW AND BE HAPPY AND GET THE BEST OUT IT. RATHER THAN LET A COUPLE YEARS GO BY AND BE STILL SAD AND MISERABLE AND WONDER WHERE DID MY LIFE GO? WISH I COULD TAKE IT BACK AND DO IT ALL OVER AGAIN. I DONT WANT TO DO THAT. AND I HOPE YOU DON'T.
AND HEY...YOU ALREADY HAVE MADE A CHANGE.... YOU JOINED SPARK PEOPLE AND ADMITTED YOU NEED HELP. AND ALL OF US THAT ARE WITH THIS SPARK PEOPLE THING.... ARE IN THIS TOGETHER.

get on a diet - 11/25/07 (first step)
stay on my diet for the day-
i watch a show called "YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT" it's a brittish show. it comes on everyday at 4:00pm- 5:00pm. a good motivator. should try it. also look at the web page WWW.GILLIANMCKEITH.COM. it's a good motivator.
i am a floridian. i love to draw. i work at a veterans hospital.
i love any kind of movie. i draw kids books. not on shelf yet but soon will be.
